1. Agreement to Terms

YourApp is an IT certification exam preparation platform that provides practice questions, progress tracking, and study tools for professional certifications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Violate the intellectual property rights of others

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on an annual basis
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
We may change our pricing with 30 days notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
All payments are processed securely through Stripe

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
No partial refunds are provided for unused time
You may continue to use the Service until your subscription expires

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YourApp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics platforms). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PINGTOPASS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YourApp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law
